Frequently asked questions

  • We do worldwide shipping, all shipping outside of the UK and EU will require at least 3-4 weeks for despatch.

    Please note that additional charges may apply separately on behalf of the courier if you are ordering outside of the UK.

  • The cost of shipping is a total of £5.99 for standard delivery, all orders placed over £100 are free standard delivery. Shipping costs for orders outside the UK vary and will be applied at checkout.

  • For any custom orders of bridal wear and gowns, we recommend customers book a consultation at least 8 months in advance of the occasion, leaving enough time to make any required amendments. 

  • Customers have up to 14 days after receiving the item for any exchange or return, this only applies to RTW items from our store. We do not do any refunds on custom orders. 

  • Customers are able to book a consultation with the fitting team to get their tailored fit or you can find the standard size guide on our website.

  • If customers have any general enquiries or issues, please contact the customer support team through krisalyporerro@gmail.com. We aim to get back to you within 3 working days or call us on +44 7375 981845 for order enquiries.

  • Once the order has been placed we allow up to 24 hours for the cancellation. However, after this period no amendments or cancellations can be made unless it’s related to changing the shipping address.

  • For all custom orders, you will get given the details of how long the making and despatch process will take depending on the garment design.

    For RTW items, you will be provided with a confirmation email once the order is placed and another once the order has left our warehouse.

  • As of now, we do not offer any promo codes.
